Maison Talbooth is delighted to welcome a new head chef to the hotel. Neil Arkley was previously at milsoms Kesgrave Hall where he spent three years as sous chef. He will be looking after all the weddings and house parties that are held at the hotel.
The Garden Room at the Maison is the perfect restaurant for a relaxed lunch with friends, family or business colleagues and you can book a table in advance. Neil has put together a delicious menu, with dishes to suite everyone such as Maison Antipasti with soused vegetables and sour dough, crab and prawn linguini, cheese burger with skinny fries and an amazing Raspberry Ripple Knickerbocker glory to name just a few.
