Lewis shared his impressive journey to the Olympics, touching on mindset, challenges, and his plans for the future in a way that resonated with business professionals—though maybe not all of us could handle the pressure and discipline of dropping KGs to make weight for a boxing match! The audience was captivated, with many insightful questions, though we couldn’t get to all of them. It’s safe to say Lewis is an incredible ambassador for Colchester!
