Not only will you have all 12 bedrooms reserved for your party, but you can also use the lounge area, the garden room, heated outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, or enjoy a knock-about on the tennis court with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. One of the best things about our Talbooth House & Spa house parties is the freedom to enjoy your party, your way. Unwind with a dip in the heated outdoor pool or sink beneath the bubbles of the hot tub. If you’re looking for something a little more energetic, enjoy a knockabout on the tennis court or pop on your walking boots and explore the countryside. Whatever you choose, you’re sure to work up a thirst, so visit the honesty bar in the pool house, or take advantage of the lounge drinks service.

For an extra charge, you can add exclusive use of the spa to create the perfect relaxing environment and entitles your guests to 30% off listed treatment prices.

Dinner & Drinks

The party really gets underway when you gather together to enjoy an evening reception before dinner. Catch up with friends, family and colleagues over a glass or two of fizz before sitting down to enjoy a specially prepared three-course meal accompanied by paired wines. You’ll have received a copy of the menu in advance of your party so you won’t even have to worry about what to choose on the night. When the wining and dining is over, head to the lounge for a nightcap from the inclusive bar. When you’re ready to call it a night, you’ll find a luxurious bedroom awaits – but it’s completely up to you what time you decide to retire.

We offer two hire options to give you flexibility. One includes closure of our spa (including pool house) throughout the day to allow you exclusive use of the entire site*, giving you and your guests complete privacy.

These packages will give you exclusivity of the house and gardens from 3.00pm on your day of arrival to 11.00am on the day of your departure (and exclusive use of the pool if booked).

In both instances our prices include all 12 luxury bedrooms for overnight stay, exclusive use of grounds, VAT & buffet breakfast at milsoms and any extras are charged as taken. Tailored food and beverage requirements are available depending on your needs.

If booking a 1 night stay but requiring some bedrooms for the night prior, we are happy to offer a very special rate of £200.00 per room (exc. Saturdays April – September).
